Stakeholders, agencies, municipalities, members of the public, or anyone interested in the successful management of the Lower Platter River Corridor is encouraged to attend. When: September 14, 2010 Where: Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District Boardroom 8901 S. 154th St Omaha, NE Time: 3:30 - 7:00 p.m. The ESA is both a source of information on the resources in the lower Platte River and an online mapping tool. It is intended to be used as a planning resource for jurisdictions, decision makers, property owners, and the managers of Lower Platte River Corridor natural resources and critical environmental areas. LPRCA partners that will be present at the seminar include the Nebraska Land Trust, the US Army Corps of Engineers, the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality, Nebraska's Natural Resources Districts, United States Geological Survey, Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, the University of Nebraska- Lincoln Conservation and Survey Division and Water Center, and Lower Platte Weed Management Area. LPRCA partners will give short presentations and have informational booths set-up for the public.
